Haunting Lost Love.
Oh, my goodness! This story brought tears to my eyes! It starts in the present with Radnar and him stopping by a grave. An apparition appears named Nessa. Then it goes into the story of Radnar and Nessa from the time he is 15, awaiting his 16th birthday and Ascension. From that point, it will take you to the birth of Averie and when her biological father made the choice to split the realms. This book truly opened my eyes to several things. What Radnar’s true powers are, how he became the elite warrior he is, the horrors he faced, his one and only true love, how Agnes plays a huge part in his life and why, but most of all, how Averie’s biological father truly was as one of the seven kings reigning at that time. Be prepared to partake in a deep love that seemed fated, a very intense connection. The sorrow you will feel for all involved. We will now discover how old Radnar is in the current timeline of books in the series. I LOVED this book and getting to know the backstory of Radnar. It is very important to the storyline as I believe the books that are specifically aimed at certain characters will reveal snippets that are important to the main story and the outcomes. Trust me…buy this series and be prepared to be enthralled.

A Love Lost has one glaring warning, this not a Love story but a Tragedy, and I agree. But I would like to say it is a beautiful tragedy that I will absolutely be back to visit again...once my heart has healed.

I just want to start out by saying I have been waiting for this book since I was gifted this series for last Christmas.
I. LOVE. RADNAR.
Since starting this series he has been my absolutely favorite.
He is grizzly, grumpy, rough around the edges, warrior, that stumbled like bobby singer into fatherhood.
His story is beautifully tragic and hurts in all the best and worst ways. I HIGHLY recommend taking a dive into this one.
